Seth Godin introduces us to his re-invention of the tribe; people who flock together because they have a shared belief. This leads to movements. Neither needs an organisation, but are self-organising. What is required is someone with an idea who’s not prepared to accept the status quo. He also uses the term Sheep Walker for the person who follows the rules but celebrates those who buck the trend and steers in another direction. This is a new leadership. Who are you upsetting? Who are you connecting? Who are you leading? These are questions that he raises in a talk with some lovely images.
